Bluekeys Magazine was an independent “anything-goes” art zine based in Austin, Texas, and New York City. We featured artists big and small with an emphasis on local artists. I started my time at Bluekeys doing photography and promotions, and a year later I was running the Austin branch of Bluekeys. I planned events, led a 15+ team, and focused on big-picture developments for the magazine during our three-year run. In my 3 years at Bluekeys, I’ve helped produce 16 events and promote/curate 3 print issues. I’ve planned, promoted, and executed 250+ person events.
